Tasted by hundreds, Tastes like home

People say the best food in the world is their mother's cooking.

We assumed that was just love talking — until strangers proved us wrong. We began preparing lunches for film productions in Lebanon: fresh homemade meals, every day, for crews of 40 to over 180 people. Day after day, production teams, actors, and technicians — people with no reason to be kind — praised the food.

The compliments were genuine, and they kept coming, production after production. That's when we understood: it wasn't only us who believed her cooking was exceptional.

Cuisine d'Alisse is our way of sharing it — a real homemade Lebanese meal, cooked each morning from family recipes. No restaurant plating, no chef pretense. Just the food we eat at home.
